Squat (Front Leg & Leg) Tips

Squat (Front Leg & Leg) move is very effective for make beauty hips and increase power of front leg. in this motivation body balance and focus are first things that you have to do and second is power . you must try until failure. if is it possible use dumbbell but not in heavy weight. if it is too hard make your hand in front of yourself like down picture and do it.

These tips are very effective if : 

1. You must have focus when workout
2. Keep care about your sensitive part of body
3. Keep your sleep around 7 to 9 hours per day
4. Your meals must be healthy not like fast food
5. Drink much water during workout (more than 1.5 Liter per day)
